Part-Time (Adjunct) Animation Instructors Wanted for Northwest College of Art

Northwest College of Art, a private art college located on a 26-acre campus in Poulsbo, Washington is seeking professional, experienced, and articulate adjunct instructors for classical 2D and/or 3D Digital Animation Fall 2008 and continuing.

The right candidates will have all (or most) of the following qualifications:

  • M.F.A. in Digital Animation or closely related field. A B.F.A in Animation (2D or 3D) with extensive professional experience will be considered.
  • Evidence of recent or ongoing professional animation activity.
  • Demonstrable skill in classical hand-drawn 2D animation.
  • Qualified candidates must also show expertise in the production of 2D digital animation utilizing Flash, and 3D digital animation utilizing Maya.
  • At least one (1) year college-level teaching experience.

A portfolio demonstrating related professional experience is required.
